Mid Market Account Executive

Success Matcher Recruitment is partnering with our client, a high-growth, AI-native Order-to-Cash (O2C) billing and revenue recognition platform, to hire an exceptional Mid-Market Account Executive . In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, run independent product discovery and demos, and directly shape the North American sales playbook alongside second-time founders. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle for mid-market deals ($50K–$100K ACV) with an annual quota of $700K–$850K. Target CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller buyer personas through consultative, problem-solving discovery calls and independent product demos. Self-source approximately one-third of your pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic network leverage, and attending industry events 2–3 times per month. Partner closely with solutions engineering teams on complex technical pilots/proofs-of-concept. Work directly with founding leadership to refine messaging, feedback loops, and sales playbooks. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive closing mid-market deals ($50K–$100K ACV). Mandatory Domain Expertise: Proven track record selling complex financial software (billing, revenue recognition, financial operations, ERPs, or O2C platforms) directly to CFOs, VPs of Finance, or Controllers. Independent Execution: Ability to run effective product demos, conduct deep discovery, and self-source pipeline independently. Stable Employment History: Demonstrated history of tenure and commitment (3+ years per role preferred). Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 2–3 times per month for finance events, prospect meetings, and team alignment.
