Mid Technical Recruiter

Are you an English-speaking Recruiter or Talent Sourcer with a strong technical background based in Bulgaria? 🇧🇬 If yes, we’d genuinely love to hear from you.

We’re growing our delivery team in Bulgaria and are looking to engage with a Recruiter/Talent Sourcing Consultant to support our clients’ technology hiring needs. You’ll be working fully remotely, closely with a UK-based team, and focusing on what you do best: finding and engaging great people.

What you’ll be doing:

• Clients: Big 4 consultancies
• Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean)
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for tech roles Oracle, SAP, Workday (ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM) & AI solution architects and engineers, cyber security architects and engineers.
• Maintaining an internal ATS & database of candidates - Loxo.
• Reviewing CVs to assess skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Conducting initial screening calls and coordinating interviews end-to-end, supporting the account managers.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Talent Sourcer / Delivery Consultant / Recruiter (agency, search firm, or in-house) for at least 3 years.
• Daily, hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (a certification is desirable).
• Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken) at C1 – C2 level.
• Confidence in screening candidates and having professional, engaging phone conversations.
• A strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset - we work together as a team, collaborate, and try our best to help each other out.
• Ability to work independently & handle the full recruitment cycle end-to-end
• A versatile approach and the ability to quickly understand different role requirements, based on conversations with hiring managers & JDs.

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Experience sourcing for technical roles and/or consultancy clients.
• Exposure to Cloud ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM roles such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP (your roles will be within these technologies).
• Experience working as an agency recruiter
• University degree from the UK/Europe.
