1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines across all environments, including build, deployment, and rollback processes.
• Operate and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes in production environments.
• Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate end-to-end infrastructure provisioning.
• Build comprehensive observability systems (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting) to optimize reliability and cost efficiency.
• Manage traffic spikes and capacity planning for high-concurrency media delivery.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, driving postmortems and implementing follow-up fixes.
• Harden systems and pipelines through robust secrets management, access control, and vulnerability scanning.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operational runbooks.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE with production ownership.
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production: deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Ability to read English technical documentation and communicate effectively in writing with foreign partners.

Nice to have:

• CDN, video streaming, or media pipeline experience.
• Service mesh and cost optimization at scale.
• Security assessment or penetration testing exposure.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
