Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the continuous evolution, quality, and corrective maintenance of high-impact services in production. This is you Solid real-world experience working as a Backend Developer within productive team environments. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot as your main development stack. Solid experience working with microservices architectures and design concepts such as DDD , Hexagonal Architecture , and SOLID principles . Hands-on experience dealing with relational databases . Committed to development best practices, including rigorous testing, clear API documentation, and maintaining code quality. Proactive mindset with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative attitude in agile environments. Nice-to-have skills: Experience working with Docker and knowledge of cloud platforms or application deployment. Experience with asynchronous messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar. This is your role Take ownership of the evolutive and corrective maintenance of backend services in production. Participate actively in team ceremonies, initiatives, and technical decision-making processes. Solve complex problems and debug production issues with an analytical and high-quality approach.
