What you will be doing • Develop and maintain robust Java applications using cutting-edge technologies like Java, Spring, and Kafka • Optimize SQL performance and troubleshoot complex systems using metrics, monitoring, and profiling tools • Build scalable, high-load systems that handle massive user volumes with seamless performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that directly impact player experience • Implement automation and ensure code quality standards across development and production environments • Work with modern tech stack including Docker, GCP, ELK, and reactive programming frameworks Main technologies we use: Java 25 Spring 7 Spring boot 4 Ebean-ORM Quartz Maven Resteasy Flyway Postgresql 15 HTTP/Websockets Netty K8S/Docker GCP Jenkins ELK, Grafana Google Business Suite, JIRA/Confluence, Slack What we are looking for • Solid experience as a Java Engineer with strong knowledge of Java Core (Java 8+) • Expertise in multithreading, high-load systems, and Spring framework • Proven experience with SQL optimization and troubleshooting complex production issues • Background working in product companies within collaborative, cross-functional teams • Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration • Passion for delivering high-quality code and driving technical excellence Would be a plus: • Production experience with Kafka and ecosystem • Experience with Ebean • Experience with Protobuf • Experience with Kibana/ElasticSearch • Experience with Grafana Why you will love it You’ll be at the forefront of AI-driven engineering in a fast-scaling environment where your code directly impacts millions of users.
