About The Job

We're looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Middle Manual QA Engineer with a strong interest in digital product delivery, who thrives in cross-functional environments and ensures successful releases through structured test execution, sharp problem-solving, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams — working fluently in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Design thorough and detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Execute manual tests across web and mobile platforms, documenting results and defects clearly.
• Perform in-depth exploratory testing to uncover undocumented issues and edge cases.
• Carry out regression testing across multiple areas of the software to ensure stability.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to reproduce, track, and resolve defects.
• Maintain clear and organized test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
• Support basic load and performance testing using standard tools.
• Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives and help define best practices.
• Estimate testing scope, resources, and timelines for assigned projects.
• Stay current on QA trends, methodologies, and tooling in the software quality space.
• Participate in defining test strategies and plans aligned with project goals.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish written and verbal across global teams.
