Middle Software Project Manager [Eng fluent - IT Outsourcing]

Job Description

• Manage software projects end-to-end, from planning and requirements to delivery.
• Own project scope, timeline, resources, risks, quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of 20+ members (BA, Dev, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, etc.).
• Work directly with international clients: requirements clarification, project updates, expectation management, and issue resolution.
• Plan and monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices and continuously improve project delivery processes.

Job Requirements

• 3–4+ years of solid experience as a Software PM, preferably in IT Outsourcing / Software Development.
• Proven experience managing projects with 20+ team members.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project planning, risk/resource management, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English – confident in client meetings, presentations, discussions, and daily communication.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
• BA candidates with strong experience in requirements, client communication, team coordination, and software delivery are welcome.
• Candidates should have a solid understanding of SDLC and be ready to take ownership of project delivery.

Nice to Have

• PMP / PMI-ACP / Agile certification.
• Background as BA, Scrum Master, PMO, Tech Lead, or Delivery-related roles.
• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
