Middle/Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce)

About the Client A major Brazilian financial institution specializing in investment banking, wealth management, and corporate lending. The customer develops secure digital banking platforms and financial solutions to serve a diverse global client base. What You’ll Do Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools. Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Design and optimize automation processes using Salesforce Flows and other platform automation capabilities. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Develop unit tests and maintain high code quality following Salesforce development best practices. Create technical documentation and support solution design discussions. Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Salesforce applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle. What You Bring Proven mid-level experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning Framework. Solid understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and customization. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience writing unit tests and following Salesforce development best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or enterprise technology organizations. Experience delivering solutions within consulting environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices. English level Intermediate Work Type: Remote (Hybrid preferred) Location: São Paulo, Brazil.
