We’re hiring a Window & Door Project Coordinator to manage the communication, scheduling, and logistics that keep our projects running smoothly. Responsibilities Coordinate all pre- and post-install logistics Schedule clients, crews, subcontractors, and vendors Support clients through the remodel process Recruit and maintain relationships with installation crews Prepare pre-install inspections and resolve scheduling issues Order materials/equipment and track vendor deliveries Verify project expenses, forecasts, and installer compensation Maintain accurate updates in the company CRM Requirements 3+ years of scheduling or administrative experience Strong tech/CRM skills Extensive Window & Door knowledge (ProVia preferred) Professional communication skills Strong leadership, organization, and customer service High accountability/ownership Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience with subcontractor networks 3+ year in exterior remodeling (windows & doors) Customer service experience Benefits Performance-based bonuses and outings Medical benefits after 30 days Significant career growth Quarterly Travel for Company-Wide Events Fully Remote, work from home opportunity Huge Growth/Advancement Opportunity in a ground-level company Health savings account Referral program
