You'll serve as a trusted leader who helps teams succeed, supports client relationships, and drives performance across your region. In this role, you'll focus on developing people, coordinating resources, solving operational challenges, and ensuring consistency across mission critical projects. You'll work closely with project teams, clients, and EEI leadership to strengthen operations, improve performance, and support continued growth. This position is ideal for an experienced leader who enjoys mentoring others, building strong teams, solving complex challenges, and making a tangible impact on both people and business performance. Essential Responsibilities: Lead and Develop Teams: Coach, mentor, and support Team Leaders and project teams while fostering accountability, growth, and engagement. Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee operations across assigned mission critical sites and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently. Manage Resources Effectively: Coordinate staffing, workforce planning, and resource allocation to balance workloads and meet project demands. Strengthen Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted partner to clients by proactively addressing concerns, resolving challenges, and delivering exceptional service. Support Financial Performance: Help drive profitability through labor planning, forecasting, budget oversight, and proactive operational decision-making. Improve Processes and Performance: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality, safety, operational execution, and team effectiveness. Contribute to Growth: Support project development, proposals, strategic planning, and initiatives that strengthen existing client partnerships and expand service offerings. Qualifications: Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted. Demonstrated experience leading teams, supervisors, or operational groups in a complex environment. Strong organizational, resource planning, and project management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments. Strong communication, coaching, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Experience supporting financial performance, operational effectiveness, and business objectives. Ability and willingness to travel regularly in support of project sites, teams, and clients. Preferred 5+ years of experience in mission critical, data center, healthcare, laboratory, or other high-reliability environments. Experience leading Team Leaders, supervisors, or multi-site operations. Experience with workforce planning, staffing strategies, and operational resource management. Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, LEED AP, CxA, BCxA, AABC, NEBB, or similar credentials. Working Conditions: Typical Travel: Up to 75% (Regular travel to project sites will be required.) Work Environment: Hybrid environment of office and in field for site visits. Site visits may include exposure to construction environments, uneven grounds, varying weather conditions, and field interactions. Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform site inspections, which may include walking project sites, climbing ladders, occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces when needed. Reasonable accommodation may be provided. Reports to: May report to Senior Operations Leaders, Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager, or?Mission Critical Associate. Supervisory duties: Supervises 4-6 Team Leaders, with an overall team total of 30-60 team Partners with: Works closely with other Operations Leaders, Associates, Principals, and Directors. This role will also work with People Services, Finance/Accounting, Admin, Business Development, Marketing, etc. for project development/success, and team growth & development.
