Position Overview As a Mission-Focused Client Benefits Advisor , you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual consultations, helping them understand available supplemental benefit options and guiding them through important financial protection decisions. This role combines exceptional customer service with consultative guidance in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.
