Role Description The MLOps Trainer role is a part-time, remote position responsible for delivering live, instructor-led online training in MLOps concepts and practices. Day-to-day tasks include designing and updating course content, preparing hands-on labs and real-world project assignments, and teaching interactive sessions covering topics such as model deployment, CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and workflow orchestration. The trainer will support learners through doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring on project work, and providing feedback on assignments and capstone projects. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, aligning training with current industry practices, and contributing to learner success through guidance on practical implementation and career readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in MLOps, including ML model deployment, CI/CD pipelines for ML, model monitoring, and ML workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on expertise with common MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab CI, MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS/GCP/Azure ML services).
• Solid foundation in Machine Learning concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management from development to production.
• Previous experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner profiles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort leading live online classes and engaging learners in interactive discussions.
• Ability to design structured training materials, labs, and projects that reflect real-world industry scenarios.
• Experience working remotely and managing schedules across multiple cohorts or batches.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Industry certifications in Cloud, DevOps, or Machine Learning/MLOps are an advantage.
