Position Overview As a Remote Member Benefits Advisor , you'll work with individuals and families who have requested information regarding their available benefits and coverage options. This role blends customer service, relationship building, education, and professional communication. You'll guide clients through their available options, answer questions, assist with enrollment, and continue supporting them throughout their experience. Every interaction is centered on providing exceptional service while helping clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families. What You'll Do Client Service Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments. Build long-term relationships through professionalism and exceptional service. Answer questions regarding supplemental benefits and available coverage. Explain products and services clearly and accurately. Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and policy updates. Maintain organized client records and documentation. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and answer additional questions. Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining a positive client experience.
