About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mobilisation & Recruitment Officer to join our team in a full-time, remote (work-from-home) capacity. In this role, you will work closely with our Workforce Manager to coordinate daily mobilisation and recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our employees.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function within the business. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, highly organised, and seeking a long-term position where they can make a genuine impact by delivering an exceptional employee onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end site mobilisation processes
• Collaborate closely with recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and mobilisation outcomes
• Monitor workforce compliance by booking, verifying, and maintaining tickets and certifications
• Respond promptly to rostering changes and communicate updates effectively with internal teams and clients
• Maintain accurate workforce, training, and compliance records within internal systems
• Provide occasional weekend and after-hours support to ensure mobilisation continuity
• Deliver professional and responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure accurate data management and correspondence across all mobilisation activities
• Support recruiter with overflow administration and recruitment tasks as required
  
  

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience coordinating workforce mobilisation particular in the fast-paced mining sector
• Strong organisational skills and experience using client or contractor mobilisation systems
• High attention to detail with a proactive approach to compliance and documentation
• Confident communicator who can effectively engage with multiple stakeholders
• Calm, reliable, and adaptable in fast-paced and changing environments
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with flexibility to monitor emails and calls after hours or on weekends as required
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
• Valid Australian working rights
• Dedicated home office environment free from disruption (laptop and phone provided; your own dual screens required)
• National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain)
