Role Description
The Modern Womanhood Mentor is a remote role focused on providing 1:1 and group mentorship to clients navigating identity, emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and modern feminine leadership. On a weekly basis, the mentor will host coaching sessions, guide clients through mindset and lifestyle frameworks, and support them in designing intentional routines, relationships, and work paths. The role includes creating and delivering online content and educational resources, participating in community conversations, and contributing to digital programs or workshops that reflect the brand’s philosophy. The mentor will collaborate on refining mentoring methodologies, offer feedback on client journeys, and help clients explore self-employment and online income opportunities aligned with their values. Administrative tasks such as session notes, client check-ins, schedule management, and regular communication via digital platforms are also part of this role.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, or facilitation within personal development, emotional wellbeing, or leadership contexts.
- Strong skills in communication, active listening, empathy, and holding space for nuanced conversations about identity, emotions, and lifestyle design.
- Ability to guide clients through mindset work, self-awareness practices, and personal standards that support clarity, confidence, and self-respect.
- Familiarity with modern online business, self-employment pathways, and digital income models, with capacity to mentor clients exploring these options.
- Comfort with remote work tools, digital communication platforms, and managing online sessions and client communication independently.
- Alignment with values of intentional living, emotional resilience, and sustainable success that honors both ambition and wellbeing.
- Previous experience working with women or gender-diverse individuals in transformation-focused settings is beneficial.
- Relevant training or certification in coaching, psychology, counseling, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
