Modern Workplace Consultant (intermediate to senior)

We're a specialist Microsoft 365 partner with clients that include Oceania Healthcare, Stuff, Bayleys, and Southern Cross. We go deep where others go broad, and we're known for delivery that clients actually rave about.

We're hiring an intermediate to senior level consultant with several years of solid M365 experience behind them — someone who's worked in large environments, well grounded in the core skills of SharePoint, has implemented robust Power Platform solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced consulting practice.

You'll work on a variety of real M365 transformations across NZ's corporate and enterprise market: SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, automation, information management & security, and governance.

And you'll do it alongside a team where AI is already embedded in how we work and what we deliver.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in large M365 environments with a consulting and/or professional services background.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Entra.
• Client-facing experience — comfortable in workshops, stakeholder conversations, and managing expectations.
• Someone who contributes their own thinking, is not afraid to ask questions and respectfully challenge others in order to deliver the best solution.
• An AI-first mindset — using it naturally across solution design, workshops, and client engagement, not as an afterthought.
• Someone who's self-directed — takes ownership, manages their time well, and knows when to ask for help.

Bonus points: Azure AI Foundry, Purview, Dataverse, data platforms such as Fabric and Databricks.
