職務の概要 Red Hatは、日本企業のレガシーモダナイゼーションを加速させるため、最新のAI駆動型開発（AI-Driven Development）を基盤とした新しいコンサルティング・プラクティスを立ち上げます。 本ポジションは、Red Hatコンサルタントおよび戦略的パートナー企業と連携し、デリバリーにおける 技術標準の定義、アーキテクチャの策定、および高度な技術指導 を統括するテクニカルリーダー職です。AI技術を開発・移行プロセスに深く統合し、従来のモダナイゼーションを圧倒的に効率化する「技術プラクティス」を構築・推進することがミッションです。 主な責任範囲 (Responsibilities) ■ 技術プラクティスの定義とエンジニアリング標準化 最新のAI駆動開発ツールを組み込んだ、モダナイゼーション専用の技術パイプラインおよび標準デリバリープラクティスの策定。 レガシー資産（COBOL、Java等）からモダンアーキテクチャ（クラウドネイティブ、マイクロサービス）への移行における技術整合性の確保とガイドライン作成。 ■ パートナーへの技術イネーブルメントと実践的指導 定義した技術プラクティスを、Red Hatコンサルタントおよび戦略パートナーのエンジニアに対して伝承。 ハンズオン、プロトタイピング、技術デモを通じた高度なスキルトランスファーの実施。 最新のAI技術トレンドを実案件に適用するためのトレーニングプログラムの企画。 ■ 技術ガバナンスとクオリティ・アシュアランス パートナーが提供するデリバリーの技術的品質を監視し、イネーブルメントの進捗を技術的習熟度の観点から可視化・管理。 現場のフィードバックに基づき、プラクティスを技術的に継続改善する。 必要なスキルと経験 (Skills & Experience) 基幹系システム開発: 20年以上。大規模な基幹システムの設計・実装経験があり、ミッションクリティカルな要件を深く理解していること。 モダナイゼーション: 5年以上。リプラットフォーム、リファクタリング、リアーキテクト案件のリード経験。特にクラウド移行の技術課題に精通していること。 AI駆動型開発: 3年以上。開発プロセスへのAI導入、自動化の実践経験。プロンプトエンジニアリングやAIによるコード生成・テストの知見。 クラウドネイティブ: 最新のソフトウェア開発・運用プロセス（Cloud Native, DevOps等）に関する深い理解。 技術トレンドの理解: 最新のAI技術トレンドの深い理解。生成AI、LLMのエンタープライズ適用における技術的制約と可能性を、実装レベルで理解していること。 期待する人物像: コラボレーション力： 複数のコンサルタントと連携してコラボレーティブなアプローチで職務を推進できる力。 顧客視点 : 常にお客様のビジネス価値を第一に考え、技術的な解決策がどのように課題解決や成果に繋がるかを追求する姿勢。 奉仕/サポート : Red Hatコンサルタントや戦略パートナーの成功を支えるため、自らの専門知識を惜しみなく共有し、チーム全体を成功へ導く献身的なマインド。 成長マインドセット : 日進月歩のAI技術やモダンアーキテクチャに対し、飽くなき好奇心を持って学び続け、自己および組織の変革を楽しめる能力。 オープンな考え方 : オープンソースの理念に基づき、多様な意見や新しいアプローチを柔軟に取り入れ、透明性の高いコラボレーションを通じて最善の解を導き出す思考。 About Red Hat Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
