Mortgage Advisor – Established Irish Mortgage Brokerage (Hybrid)

Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days WFH)

Salary: €45,000 – €72,500 DOE + Performance Bonuses

The Role

• Act as a crucial guide for clients throughout their mortgage journey.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand unique client goals.
• Develop customised mortgage plans tailored to individual needs and objectives.
• Educate clients on available products and services in an understandable manner.
• Stay informed on Irish mortgage industry changes, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements

• Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification is mandatory.
• 3+ years minimum experience in a client-facing mortgage advisory role, ideally within a brokerage.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a target-based environment.
• Strong understanding of mortgage criteria, products, and services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
