The Work: At Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage, Assistant Sales Manager/Team Leader is responsible for managing 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers backed by an unstoppable marketing machine with LEADS, LEADS, LEADS. The Sales Manager will assist the team to hit their Daily/Weekly/Monthly metrics as provided by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. Job Duties: Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members Managing lead conversions and metrics Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely manner Coaching and motivating the team Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department Qualifications: Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Base pay is roughly 70K + Bonus.
