Job Description: At Regions, the Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding Loan Servicing products or services. Primary Responsibilities Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices May make periodic calls to existing customers to determine satisfaction with the company, products, and services This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position Preferences One (1) year of customer service or related experience Skills and Competencies Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Excellent customer service skills Good verbal and written communication skills Full onsite presence is required during training. While in training, shift is 7:30a - 4:30p After training there is a six-month probationary period before being considered for hybrid work. Hybrid schedule consists of three days onsite and two days remote each week. Must be available to work Monday-Friday anytime between 7am-6pm (CST). Your specific shift will be assigned based on business needs. Proximity to Hattiesburg, MS required. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $32,850.00 USD Median: $37,611.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan.
