What you’ll do You will be accountable for the creation, adaptation and production of video, motion and digital creative assets in collaboration with the Design Team. You will leverage emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools, to deliver high-quality content efficiently and help strengthen Vodafone's digital presence. You will report to the Creative Hub Lead. More specifically, you will: Create video, motion and digital-first content, turning briefs into engaging creative assets with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail Edit and adapt video, animation and static content; create motion graphics and visual effects; and prepare assets for digital and social channels Use AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, content creation and asset adaptation while maintaining quality and consistency Help scale content production by efficiently adapting assets for different audiences, formats and channels Collaborate closely with the Design Team, as well as Brand, Digital and Media teams, to deliver high-quality creative work Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard Share motion design and video editing best practices across the Design Chapter, helping other designers build confidence in basic motion and animation Stay curious about new trends, tools and techniques in motion design, AI-assisted creativity and video production, bringing fresh ideas into your work Who you are 1–3 years of experience in motion design, video editing or digital content production, ideally in an agency, studio or in-house creative team Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other Creative Cloud tools Confident using AI-powered creative tools alongside traditional creative software to create, adapt and scale content efficiently Strong visual judgment, attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics Able to turn briefs into engaging visual ideas and content Good understanding of content formats, trends and best practices across digital and social channels A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others learn Curious about digital culture, content trends and new creative tools and techniques Experience creating content for digital and social media channels will be considered an advantage Please include a portfolio or showreel with your application, showcasing examples of your motion design, video editing and digital creative work.
