About The Role

We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our creative team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing high-impact launch campaigns to life through innovative, performance-driven animation. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including animators, storyboard artists, editors, and strategists to produce visually engaging content that captures attention and drives user engagement at scale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through motion graphics and a keen eye for detail, ensuring each project aligns with strategic goals and brand standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns in a fast-paced environment, contributing to projects that influence millions of viewers globally.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Comfortable reviewing and collaborating on layouts in Figma
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, timing, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
• Ability to seamlessly integrate 2D and 3D motion graphics
• Knowledge of scripting or automation within motion design software
• Understanding of performance metrics and data-driven creative optimization
  
  

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of motion design for major launch campaigns from concept development to final delivery
• Develop and maintain visual systems, including transitions, pacing, and consistent motion language across campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative strategists, growth teams, and other stakeholders to align visuals with campaign objectives
• Iterate on creatives based on performance data and feedback to enhance engagement and effectiveness
• Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to junior designers to uphold high creative standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects
