Animation maximum is looking for creative people who are passionate about AI-powered content creation and motion design, who can make visuals that WOW — from event screens to digital promos.
📍 Location: Bandung – West Java
🕓 Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Remote-Friendly
🎨 YOUR MISSION:
🖌️ Create & composite animations +content that pop especially AI-powered motion for commercial and event
projects
🖌️ Develop high-quality visuals using various AI creative tools
🤝 Work with the production team to make ideas shine
⚡ Deliver visuals on time (even under tight deadlines)
📺 Translate creative briefs into engaging visual content
✔ Continuously explore new AI workflows and technologies to improve production quality
🎯 YOU ARE:
✔ Experience in Motion Design, Compositing, AI Content Creation, or a related field ( 1-2 years)
✔ Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, timing, and visual storytelling
✔ Adobe wizard 🧙 (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
✔ Familiar with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, or similar
platforms
✔ Good understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI content generation workflows
✔ A creative thinker with fast turnaround skills
✔ A fast learner who enjoys experimenting with new AI technologies
✔ Strong attention to detail and visual quality
✔ Good communication and strong teamwork skills

🎓 Diploma/Bachelor in Animation/Multimedia = nice bonus!
