Opportunity Overview

Our client is a fast-growing content production company creating outcome-driven video and creative campaigns for clients across the US and Europe. The team is AI-forward and moving towards a retainer model, with increasing demand for consistent motion design support. This role suits a motion designer who can produce polished animated content across varied client campaigns.

Role Description

The Motion Designer will create motion graphics and animated content for commercial and branded campaigns. They will support video production with post-production animation, working closely with the wider creative team on campaign deliverables. The role requires confident independent working, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple briefs at once. It offers the opportunity to contribute across several client verticals within a growing creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Motion Graphics – Create animated content for commercial and branded client campaigns.
• Post-Production Support – Add animation and motion elements to video production work.
• Creative Collaboration – Work with the wider creative team on campaign deliverables.
• Multi-Client Delivery – Produce content across several client verticals and creative briefs.
• Brief Management – Manage multiple motion design tasks independently and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

• Motion Portfolio – Proven motion design portfolio across commercial or branded content.
• Tool Proficiency – Skilled in After Effects or similar motion design tools.
• Independent Working – Able to manage work without close daily supervision.
• Brief Management – Comfortable handling multiple creative briefs simultaneously and efficiently.
• Campaign Experience – Experience producing creative assets for client campaigns or branded content.

Bonus Qualifications

• Agency Experience – Background in a content production or creative agency environment.
• AI-Assisted Tools – Familiarity with AI-assisted design or motion tools.
• Video Editing – Video editing capability alongside motion graphics production.
