What You’ll Do: Meet with qualified leads booked by the office and walk them through backup power options. Explain generator sizing, features, pricing, and accessories in a way homeowners can actually understand. Put together clear, professional proposals and handle follow-ups . Keep your schedule organized and stay on top of follow-ups . Hit monthly sales goals by working on your pipeline and building relationships. Find new opportunities through referrals, networking, and light prospecting. What We’re Looking For: A great communicator who listens well, asks good questions, and builds trust with homeowners. Someone who’s mechanically curious and likes understanding how things work. No generator experience is needed . We’ll train you. A driven, self-motivated person who enjoys hitting goals and pushing themselves to grow. Organized and independent, able to manage their schedule and follow-ups without hand ‑ holding .
