Principle Duties
Motor Vehicle Quality Assurance Analysts will:
Conduct reviews of title cases for quality and accuracy
Research required title documentation
Correct vehicle records and report errors from title transactions
Written correspondence requesting additional documentation
Monitor group inbox throughout workday
Provide support to management
Remote
This position may be eligible for remote work (within Utah), with occasional in-office work, located at the Utah State Tax Commission building 210 N 1950 W SLC, UT.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who:
Knowledge of the Utah Motor Vehicle system
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Excellent customer service skills
Work in a team environment to meet deadlines
