MRO Buyer (Cezch Republic)

Description Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Technical Buyer to join our growing operations in Croatia. This role is not just about procurement—it’s an opportunity to build and expand procurement operations for new customers, supporting the company's growth in Croatia and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for end-users and warehouse managers regarding purchase inquiries. Process procurement requests and issue purchase orders based on customer needs. Source technical equipment and spare parts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Maintain alignment with customers regarding critical inventory levels. Provide periodic reports on procurement trends, supplier performance, and on-time delivery (OTD). Ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers. Work Conditions & Growth Potential: Hybrid position : 3 days remote, 1-2 site visits per week (Zagreb-based). Requirements Skills & Experience: Technical procurement experience (minimum 3 years). Familiarity with the local supply base. Strong sourcing and negotiation skills. Experience with ERP systems (Priority preferred). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel – including VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Word). Customer-facing experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
