Role : Owns the data layer migration, storage systems, and data integrity , ensuring all enterprise data is migrated securely and reliably to the new platform without loss or inconsistency. Jazykové požadavky : plynulá AJ Mode : full remote Start : ASAP Duration : aprox 4 months Responsibilities Migrate Cosmos DB to VMware DSM (DBaaS) Deploy and manage Redis Operator (caching layer) Implement MinIO + Ceph for object storage Deploy and manage Qdrant vector database (AI search layer) Implement dual-write migration strategy to ensure zero data loss Perform data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks Configure backups, recovery, and failover mechanisms Optimize database and storage performance Support data ingestion into vector databases for AI use cases Skills Distributed database systems (NoSQL, DbaaS) Data migration patterns (dual-write, cutover, rollback) Redis clusters and caching strategies Object storage (S3-compatible systems, MinIO) Ceph / distributed storage architecture Vector databases (Qdrant or similar) Data validation and reconciliation frameworks Backup and disaster recovery strategies Performance tuning for large-scale data systems Role / Ownership in the Project Primary owner of Phase 2 – Data Services Migration Supports Phase 3 – AI data layer (vector DB, storage) Owns data integrity, consistency, and migration success
