About the Role: As an MSS Coordinator, you’ll be the key person ensuring our clients transition smoothly into Managed Security Services. You’ll work closely with sales, technical teams, legal, and delivery to coordinate onboarding projects, making sure everything is on track, meets standards, and exceeds client expectations. What You’ll Do: Lead and coordinate client onboarding projects from start to finish Collaborate with sales, technical architects, legal, and delivery teams to prepare solutions and review documentation Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation Communicate clearly to internal teams about progress, timelines, and expectations Review security requirements, contracts, and technical specs to ensure accuracy Provide ongoing support after onboarding to address concerns and ensure client satisfaction Continuously looking for ways to improve processes, workflows, and project delivery Why Join Us?
