Before becoming an agent, I spent 11 years in Claims with State Farm, which gave me a strong understanding of what customers go through and how important it is to provide real support when it matters most. Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing and used to run marathons. I come from a big family with four siblings, and fun fact—we’re all left-handed. Family and connection are important parts of my life, and that carries over into the way our office operates. I’m also active in the community as a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. and the Colorado Community Church, and I support the local food bank through regular donations. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior insurance experience preferred. Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty or Life/Health). This is a remote position.
