Job Summary
In this role, you’ll help customers choose the right State Farm insurance products by building relationships, speaking with prospects, and clearly explaining coverage options.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and work leads to schedule and conduct insurance conversations/appointments
Present and explain State Farm insurance options to customers
Help customers with quotes, policy selection, and coverage questions
Follow up to build long-term customer relationships
Meet sales and activity goals
Maintain accurate records and follow agency processes
Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and dependable
Willingness to learn and improve sales performance
Ability to work full-time
Licensing
Willing to obtain required insurance licenses
for the position.
Compensation / Benefits
Base pay with commission

Compensation: $24,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
