Multi-Lines Claims Adjuster

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Lines Claims Adjuster to join our team in a hybrid setup in either Red Deer, Alberta . The successful candidate will evaluate claims through loss investigation and negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships. Investigate multi-line claims and adjust losses Reviews and analyzes experts’ reports Selects and directs independent experts Maintains accurate expense accounts Work with manager to maintain client relations Ability to liaise and work with all facets of the insurance community including brokers, risk managers, legal counsel and regulators 2 to 5 years functional and technical experience adjusting property claims Casualty claims experience is an asset Independent adjusting Alberta license, level 1 or 2 Working towards CIP designation Experience in road adjusting including the investigation and detailed reporting of claims Post Secondary education in an insurance related field considered an asset Working knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently Must be a team player with outstanding customer service skills Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with opportunity for career growth #LI-JD2
