About The Role ApartmentIQ is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to maintain, audit, and improve the quality of data used across our products. This hands-on role is responsible for directly investigating data issues, identifying root causes, executing quality-control processes, and reporting on overall data health. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to refine internal tools and test AI-assisted workflows that make data operations more efficient and scalable. Responsibilities Investigate and resolve data quality issues through direct, hands-on analysis. Maintain and execute data quality controls, review processes, and standard operating procedures. Experiment with automated and AI-assisted workflows to streamline data quality tasks. Track and report on data quality metrics, trends, and operational health. Identify recurring issues, data risks, and opportunities for process optimization. Prioritize and manage individual queue workflows to resolve high-impact issues efficiently. Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain clear documentation for internal data standards and standard operating procedures. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, research, or a related field. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Comfort working with automation and AI-assisted tools in daily workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive tasks to completion. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AI agents, automated workflows, or human-in-the-loop review systems. Familiarity with data collection and processing pipelines. Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, or proptech.
