Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT, plus Saturday, 8:00 AM–10:00 AM PT

Compensation: $1,500/month base salary + deal-based commission.
Most coordinators earn approximately

Our client is a music marketing agency that helps artists and record labels amplify their releases through high-impact influencer campaigns across TikTok and Instagram. They work with creators, agencies, and labels to turn music into viral moments that drive streams, engagement, and cultural relevance.
As a
Music Marketing Coordinator, you'll own influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
You'll coordinate with creators, labels, and agency partners to ensure every campaign launches smoothly, stays on track, and delivers results. Every day involves managing relationships, solving problems, tracking performance, and making quick decisions when priorities change.

What You'll Do
- Own influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok and Instagram from launch through completion.
- Source, coordinate, and manage creator partnerships for music campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, labels, and agency partners.
- Negotiate campaign partnerships and coordinate creator participation.
- Write clear, engaging campaign briefs that set creators up for success.
- Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Execute creator replacements and campaign pivots quickly when needed.
- Respond promptly to client and creator questions throughout the day.
- Coordinate with the payments team to ensure creators are paid accurately and on time.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare client-facing reports.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and keep internal systems up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution and internal processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, talent management, social media marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing quality.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proactive communicator who follows up consistently and doesn't let tasks fall through the cracks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident speaking with clients and creators on video and phone calls.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, Airtable, or other workflow management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and identify issues early.
Nice to Have
- Passion for music, especially Hip-Hop, Pop, R&B, or Country.
- Deep understanding of internet culture, creator trends, and viral content.
- Experience negotiating influencer or brand partnerships.
- Familiarity with Airtable or other campaign management platforms.
- Experience working with record labels, music marketing agencies, or creator management agencies.
