Be involved from IT project initiation and planning, helping establish the testing approach before execution begins. You will shape the Test Strategy, MTP, scope, coverage, and RTM based on project requirements, risks, and quality objectives.

Build Test Management experience in both insurance business and digital customer initiatives within a regulated industry, working with Japanese requirements and global IT standards.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in IT project initiation and planning from a testing perspective.
• Develop Test Strategies and Master Test Plans.
• Define test scope, methodology, phases, coverage, and entry/exit criteria.
• Coordinate testing across project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and review test cases and maintain RTMs.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and other test phases.
• Manage test execution, defects, risks, issues, and reporting.
• Work across Agile and Waterfall projects.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of software testing / QA / test management experience.
• Strong experience with Test Strategy, MTP, test cases, RTM, test execution, and test reporting/dashboarding.
• Experience leading testing for medium-to-large or complex IT projects.
• Understanding of SDLC and practical Agile / Waterfall experience.
• Japanese: Business level (N2)
• English: Business level

Working Hours:

9:00–17:00, Monday–Friday

Hybrid — 50% WFH
