SewerAI is looking for sharp, highly computer-proficient individuals to join our operations team. In this role, you'll review and code video and visual inspection data using specialized internal tools and NASSCO coding standards — playing a direct role in helping cities and utilities manage critical underground infrastructure. This work requires speed, precision, and the ability to quickly master structured rules in a fast-moving production environment. Location & Work Setting Fully remote Pay & Employment Type Starting pay: $25/hour Temp-to-hire: Temporary role with the intent to convert to full-time after 3 months, based on performance and business need What You'll Do Review, interpret, and code sewer inspection video data according to defined NASSCO visual standards Navigate multiple software tools and interfaces efficiently Maintain high accuracy while working at a sustained pace Apply detailed coding rules consistently across large volumes of data What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Typing speed of 80+ WPM Strong computer fluency — PC gamers, streamers, and anyone deeply comfortable in digital environments tend to thrive here Valid NASSCO Certificate with demonstrated fluency in PACP/LACP/MACP Ability to learn complex systems quickly and apply feedback in real time High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, rules-based work Training & Ramp-Up Paid, on-the-job training provided Structured ramp-up period with clear productivity and accuracy benchmarks Regular coaching and feedback to support rapid skill development Advancement to full production responsibilities based on demonstrated performance What Sets Top Performers Apart Strong visual pattern recognition and rule recall Ability to sustain focus and throughput over extended work sessions Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-volume digital environments Performance-based growth opportunities for consistently high performers Why Join SewerAI?
