Overview: Public Label is seeking a National Activation Coordinator to assist with event execution across multiple markets within the Moët Hennessy national field program. This role supports event activations across multiple markets, assisting with staffing coordination, logistics alignment, administrative responsibility and creating operational excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) Support the Market Manager team with event planning Provide administrative relief to field team in assistance with event execution Serve as a project manager across internal initiatives Help with external outreach on behalf of the activation team (Accounts, Ambassadors, Vendors, Etc…) Assist with the development of client facing recaps and comms to share back activation details Plan designated event logistics, including but not limited to: build executional plans develop ROS documents coordinate details with partners and event leads coordinate and manage event assets and elements manage event budgets provide on-site supervision and support for key events Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
