What will your team look like? You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Key Account Managers (KAMs), Creative Designers, the wider Social Media team, Performance Specialists, and external Performance agencies to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and brand initiatives. This role will work in close alignment with the Marketing Director to support strategic decision-making, budget management, and campaign prioritization, while fostering synergies across markets, ideas, and social media strategies. What will you be doing? Define and execute the social media and influencer marketing strategy for the Romanian market, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while building a strong and active community around Naturitas’ brands. You will play a key role in launching and growing Naturitas’ presence in the Romanian market, helping build brand awareness from the ground up. Strategy development Develop and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s goals Set measurable objectives for social media and influencer campaigns Stay up to date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices Plan, execute, and manage social media and influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators Content creation Develop creative content ideas and write high-quality, engaging, and optimized copy for various social media platforms and blog content, ensuring alignment with the brand tone of voice and marketing objectives. Work closely with the Creative Design team by preparing detailed content briefings and collaborating on the development of visual assets for campaigns and social media initiatives. Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content Prepare briefings and copy for shootings Support content needs across other marketing channels such as newsletters, paid campaigns, website promotions, and landing pages Community management Manage the community by responding to comments and direct messages Handle mentions and develop a strategy to stay active on platforms and connected with followers and collaborators Influencer marketing Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors relevant to the brand’s target audience Develop a UGC strategy to improve engagement through more credible and organic content What are they looking for? Certifications in social media management and data analysis. Advanced knowledge of social media management tools and performance metrics, such as Hootsuite, Storrito, Influencity, Google Analytics, and Power BI, among others. Strong knowledge of the Romanian market, including social media trends, cultural nuances, key influencers and local platforms. Native Romanian speaker with fluent English , and any additional language such as Spanish is a plus What will make you stand out 💡 Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies. Experience in creating and executing content strategies that drive engagement and community growth. Good skills in negotiation with influencers. Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Trello and JIRA is highly valued. Experience or exposure to other digital marketing areas (e.g. CRM, email marketing, content, trade marketing) is a strong plus! What do they offer?
