Location: 100% Remote

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Integration Lead to lead payroll integration activities across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Employee Central (EC), and third-party systems. The candidate will serve as the Integration Lead from a payroll perspective and, whenever required, lead, support, or act as the Payroll Lead throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Payroll integration activities for SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP).
• Design and support payroll integrations with EC and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Coordinate integration testing, deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot payroll integration issues and ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as the Payroll Lead whenever required.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central (EC).
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI/SCPI (Integration Suite).
• Strong payroll integration and payroll process knowledge.
• Experience integrating payroll with HR, Time, Benefits, Finance, and third-party systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
