Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies. Present qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration. Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Support candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience. Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress for ongoing recruitment projects. Maintained a high standard of candidate submissions, with 80% of endorsed candidates progressing to interviews. Consistently achieved 3-5 successful hires within the first three months.
