Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Netherlands Online Language School Franchise Partnership with Lingua Learn Franchise Group. The franchise partner will oversee the establishment and growth of an online language school in the Netherlands, promoting Lingua Learn’s language training services to individual and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing local marketing initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating online language courses, and ensuring high-quality learner experiences. The role also involves collaborating with Lingua Learn’s central team for operational support, implementing training standards, and monitoring performance metrics. The franchise partner will be responsible for business development activities, including identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets, and aligning local operations with the group’s brand and quality guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build client relationships and present services clearly.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities and track business performance.
• Writing and Training skills to support the creation of local content and facilitate instructor or client training when needed.
• Experience in education, language training, or online learning environments is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with prior experience in business development or franchise operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet agreed targets.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, with additional languages considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital tools, online platforms, and basic marketing or sales techniques.
