Enterprise Applications Specialist (NetSuite)

About the Position

A confidential U.S.-based company is seeking an Enterprise Applications Specialist with strong NetSuite experience to help optimize and support its ERP ecosystem. You'll collaborate with teams across the organization to improve business processes, implement system enhancements, and ensure the platform continues to scale with company growth.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and enhance the NetSuite ERP environment.
• Develop and support custom workflows, SuiteScripts, and platform configurations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Design reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches for operational visibility.
• Resolve advanced application issues and provide technical guidance to internal users.
• Support system integrations and help maintain high-quality business data.
• Contribute to ERP enhancement projects and process automation initiatives.
• Keep technical documentation current and promote platform best practices.

Required Experience

• Experience supporting or administering NetSuite in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, accounting processes, and business operations.
• Experience with reporting, integrations, and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Salesforce, Avalara AvaTax, Stripe, or Ramp.
• Exposure to business intelligence or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
