We’re currently seeking a NetSuite Developer with strong project management skills to lead and deliver technical solutions for our clients using NetSuite ERP.

Your Role

You’ll take charge of both development and project delivery — working hands-on with NetSuite customization, integration, and optimization, while also managing timelines, client communication, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations, scripts (SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0), workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead end-to-end project implementation, including discovery, planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, banks, APIs, etc.).
• Manage project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and external vendors as needed.
• Ensure best practices, documentation, and clean handovers post-delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite development (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, etc.).
• Solid understanding of ERP/CRM workflows, accounting principles, and business processes.
• Previous experience leading NetSuite implementations or enhancement projects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and in a fully remote environment.
• Able to work in US Eastern (EST) timezone

Nice to Have

• NetSuite Certification(s).
• Experience with data migration and sandbox environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Background in consulting, freelancing, or client-facing roles.
