Job Description

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer / Technical Architect with strong hands-on knowledge of NetSuite development, customization, integrations, and system architecture.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing and developing NetSuite solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working with internal teams and US-based clients to implement scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized NetSuite solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom functionality using SuiteScript 2.x.
• Build and maintain workflows, custom records, forms, fields, and other NetSuite customizations.
• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and external systems using SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
• Analyze existing NetSuite architecture and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex NetSuite development, integration, and performance issues.
• Design scalable data structures and technical solutions within NetSuite.
• Work with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Handle data migration, transformation, and integration requirements.
• Coordinate with other developers and technical teams on complex implementations.
• Establish development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite architecture and ERP processes.
• Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x.
• Experience with SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite customization and workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication skills.
• NetSuite certifications are a plus.

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Experience working on complex NetSuite implementations, customizations, or integrations.
• Experience supporting US-based business operations is preferred.
• Candidates should have strong technical and architectural understanding rather than only administrative experience.

Pay: Up to Rs 300,000.00 per month
