NetSuite Functional Consultant Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / EST Role Overview: The NetSuite Functional Consultant will lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of the NetSuite finance module while offering ongoing functional support to ensure client processes are optimized. In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, perform testing, conduct user training, and troubleshoot issues to maximize system capabilities. Additionally, you will stay current on NetSuite features and best practices to deliver continuous improvements and seamless cross-functional technical solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for NetSuite configurations and customizations Lead the implementation of the NetSuite finance module, including setup, configuration, testing, and training Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of NetSuite with other systems and applications Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, troubleshoot any issues, and implement enhancements and upgrades as needed Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure clients are able to fully utilize NetSuite's finance capabilities Stay updated on industry best practices and new features of Netsuite, and proactively suggest improvements to clients' processes and systems What You’ll Need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Experience with end-to-end or post-implementation NetSuite projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams What Will Set You Apart: Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder is a plus Netsuite certification is preferred About Atticus: Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is a specialized remote staffing and IT offshoring firm based in the Philippines, providing vetted, high-quality Filipino talent to global tech startups, SMEs, and consulting firms, focusing heavily on niche areas like ERP (NetSuite), Accounting and Finance and IT, offering integrated recruiting, upskilling, and HR support to ensure high retention and reliable offshore teams.
