NetSuite Junior Consultant

About the Role

At MindCloud, we're looking for a motivated and curious Junior NetSuite Consultant to join our growing consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business challenges with technology and wants to build a career as an ERP consultant.

As a Junior NetSuite Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to support NetSuite implementations, system enhancements, and client projects. You'll learn how businesses operate across different industries while helping clients optimise their processes using one of the world's leading cloud ERP platforms.

From day one, you'll receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience through our MindCloud Academy, giving you the knowledge and confidence to grow into a highly skilled NetSuite Consultant.

What You'll Do

• Support NetSuite implementation and optimisation projects for clients across different industries.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Assist with configuring NetSuite to meet client business needs.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide day-to-day support to end users.
• Maintain data integrity through imports, exports, validation, and data management activities.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and process documentation.
• Deliver user training and provide guidance on NetSuite best practices.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend NetSuite solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Comfortable working with data using spreadsheets, imports/exports, and data validation techniques.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of ERP systems or business functions such as Finance, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, or Order Management.
• Exposure to NetSuite or other cloud business applications.
• Previous internship or experience in consulting, technology, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or workflow automation is an advantage.
