As our Network Analytics Associate , you will help Wellthy strengthen and scale its backup care provider network. Using data on demand, utilization, coverage, capacity, fill rates, geography, and upcoming client launches, you’ll identify network gaps and translate them into clear priorities for network expansion. You’ll help manage the day-to-day health and readiness of the network, while supporting provider outreach, partnership development, and caregiver recruiting to close identified gaps. You’ll partner closely with the VP of Operations and COO of Backup Care to ensure network strategy supports Wellthy’s broader marketplace vision. You will report directly to the VP of Operations, Backup Care. To be successful in this role: Analyze Wellthy’s backup care provider network to identify geographic, provider-type, capacity, and coverage gaps, using metrics such as provider density, availability, fill rates, time-to-fill, utilization, and capacity. Translate network data and fulfillment trends into clear market-level priorities for provider acquisition and network expansion, including what type of supply is needed and where. Support network planning for new employer launches by forecasting demand, evaluating existing provider coverage and capacity, and identifying gaps that need to be addressed ahead of launch. Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, benchmarks, and recurring analyses that provide visibility into network health, readiness, and emerging trends. Track provider acquisition and network expansion against identified needs to understand whether efforts are successfully closing gaps and improving fulfillment. Own day-to-day network health and cleanliness, ensuring provider information, coverage, availability, capacity, and other key network data remain accurate and current. Partner closely with Provider Partnerships and Operations to surface capacity constraints and recurring fulfillment challenges, prioritize outreach, and determine where network supply is impacting the member experience. Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering to improve network tooling and visibility, while developing processes. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be open to learning, experimenting, and evolving. Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity around how tools like AI can support your workflow or help families more effectively is a plus. 2+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, marketplace operations, network operations, consulting, or a related analytical role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and large or complex datasets Strong attention to detail and an interest in maintaining accurate, reliable operational data Ability to identify patterns and translate analysis into practical business actions Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple analyses, markets, and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating findings clearly to both analytical and non-analytical audiences Curious and willing to dig into problems to understand what is actually driving an operational outcome Experience with marketplace, supply-and-demand, geographic, capacity, or utilization analysis is a plus Experience in healthcare, caregiving, marketplaces, gig-economy businesses, two-sided platforms, or other supply-driven businesses is a plus Comfortable operating in an environment where the data and processes may still be evolving Desire to work in a startup environment: rigorous, energetic, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed Total Rewards Package The starting salary for this position is $80,000-$95,000.
