Top Skills Cisco Routing & Switching (Catalyst and Nexus) Cisco Firepower (FTD/FMC) Cisco ISE Administration LAN/WAN and SD-WAN Support Network Security Network Infrastructure Upgrades & Lifecycle Management Key Responsibilities Support and maintain enterprise WAN, LAN, wireless, and network security infrastructure Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues Provide Level 2 support for network-related issues and requests Support Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies Participate in network upgrades, optimization projects, and modernization efforts Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and service desk teams Maintain network documentation, standards, and diagrams Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency initiatives Participate in change management processes and ITIL best practices Support manufacturing and operational technology environments as needed Participate in an on-call rotation Required Qualifications 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience Strong hands-on Cisco networking experience Experience supporting WAN, LAN, routing, switching, and wireless environments Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security technologies Strong understanding of: TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs Network protocols Experience using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated environments Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) networks Experience with network automation initiatives Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms Why Consider This Opportunity?
