We’re looking for an experienced Network & Security Operations professional who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and working across enterprise environments. This role bridges the gap between Tier II and Tier III support and plays a key part in protecting and optimizing client networks.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in networking and network security
• Strong troubleshooting across routers, switches, wireless, and firewalls
• Experience with Cisco, Check Point, and Palo Alto NGFW
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS)
• Experience troubleshooting AWS and Azure networking
• Linux command line and scripting proficiency
• Packet analysis and network monitoring tools experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills
