Requirements • 5+ years of scheduling experience on large capital or life sciences projects. • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6. • Experience supporting projects with heavy MEP, process systems, and commissioning requirements. • Clear understanding of CQV workflows, system handover, and startup logic. • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex schedule issues for leadership. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred. Benefits • Competitive compensation. • Health, dental, and vision coverage. • 401(k) program. • PTO and paid holidays. • Professional development support. Work Environment • Remote-first with up to 25% travel to New Jersey • Regular coordination with design, construction, procurement, CQV, and owner teams. • Periodic site visits for schedule alignment and validation.
